NMAC Biomedical HIV Prevention Summit
Chicago | April 8–10, 2026
NMAC is celebrating 10 years of the Biomedical HIV Prevention Summit, a national convening bringing together clinicians, public health leaders, researchers, and community organizations working to strengthen HIV prevention and care.
This year’s theme — “The Syndemic Approach: Strengthening the HIV Health and Prevention Workforce” — explores how HIV intersects with housing instability, mental health, substance use, stigma, and structural inequities that shape health outcomes across communities.
The Summit is designed to translate science into real-world public health impact, with sessions covering innovative models of care, workforce development, digital health, and community-driven prevention strategies.
